Crack Cancer is an ambitious headline. But nevertheless, this is the objective of the campaign that TV 2 and the Danish Cancer Society has set for itself. They are part of a shared endeavour with the people of Denmark and with numerous Danish enterprises because the fight against cancer is a common cause, which requires combined efforts. LYNDDAHL supports collections that contribute to the fight against cancer.
The Danish Cancer Society
Cancer affects one in three people in Denmark, which means that each of us is affected as a relative. Every single one of us will, in one way or another, and at some point of our own lives, come into contact with cancer. Cancer is a disease that kills 42 people in Denmark, every single day. LYNDDAHL supports the fight against cancer.
Team Rynkeby for the Danish Children's Cancer Foundation
Team Rynkeby is a Scandinavian team of amateur charity cyclists, which cycles to Paris every year to raise money for children suffering from cancer and their families. Some of the money collected comes from sponsorships by supporting sponsors. LYNDDAHL is one of the sponsors, making contributions to the Danish Children's Cancer Foundation.

Lynddahl energy certified to ISO 50001 standard
For Lynddahls increased focus on production optimization, has energy efficiency been a natural part of the focus areas. This resulted earlier this year in a Sustainability Award at Husqvarna Group's annual Exite day in Munich. Seen in this light, it has also been natural to start a more structured work around energy management in the daily work.
The goal has been to get ISO50001 certification. The work all across the organization resulted in a 35% reduction in energy, both electricity, oil and gas. This corresponds to a smaller emission of 815 tons of CO2 annually.
The work on energy management will naturally continue in the years ahead and a great credit to all actors who have contributed to the recent ISO 50001 certification.
In recent years, LYNDDAHL has invested many resources in this segment and now provides BIO MEDIA for biological water purification and aeration, including BIO MEDIA for municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants, fish farming/aquaculture, the paper industry, hospitals etc.
All BIO MEDIA from LYNDDAHL are the end result of resolute focus on high quality and safety.
